I’ve been using the Kirk pannier hook for over 3 months now and I couldn’t be happier. It’s extremely easy and straightforward to install and use, making my daily commute much more pleasant. I wish I knew about the Universal Pannier company years ago, it would have saved me plenty of headaches – and sweaty backs!

I’ve been using them for about a week now on a backpack that I commute into work with and have all positives! The installation was a little tricky because the straps on my backpack were a little thick (make sure to consider that upon location for the holes) but its been secure and working well. I even have to bike over cobblestones and brick roads at parts so the clips are definitely secure! Great product to save me from spending hundreds on a pannier bag or something when I really don’t need them for anything more than saving myself the back sweat on the way to work!

These little hooks are so cool! I was able to convert my old messenger bag into a computer pannier at less than 10% of the cost and got the satisfaction of reusing what I had. The hooks are easy to install and seem very strong. The 10 mm hooks attach securely to the 10.3 mm top rail of my rack. Communication was outstanding and shipping was very fast.

These pannier hooks are great! I ordered for two bags one each for my husband and I – with shipping to Canada was just under 50 Canadian dollars. Just under two weeks for delivery (which is normal for Canada).
I messaged Kyle to ask for some help, and he messaged back really quickly with further info for me. It took about an hour to attach the hooks to both bags (I took a lot of time to make sure everything was right before I drilled holes in our favourite bags!) it went smoothly and now we have fantastic bike bags! The hooks are easy to snap on and hard to get off (which makes me feel confident that they won’t come off during riding) and I can’t wait to try them out when the weather warms up! Looking forward to this years day trips!

I have been torn for so long between giving up my favorite bag to make commuting around and to school easier but I really don’t want to stop using it and new pannier gear is expensive! Your product is the perfect solution to modulate any bag for bike mounting.

This is super cool! For the price, these are really worth it! I purchased the Kirk universal pannier hooks because it has two screws and mounts anywhere on my existing backpack, duffle, or even sling bag.
