The Shield offers bottom bag stability similar to a lower J hook, plus the added benefit of a barrier between the bike frame and your awesome gear.

True to its name, the Shield protects your pack’s fabric by keeping it off the bike, blocking friction while reducing overall bag sway.

• Built in backpack strap management: Easily tuck any loose bag straps within the bungee to keep them safely away from the spokes and hub.
• Universal fit: Velcro hook & loop clasp makes mounting the Shield to various sized bike frames or pannier rack stems easy.
• Customizable: Choose vertical, horizontal or angled mounting to your bike based on what gives you the best protection from the bars and bike elements. (Bungee cord can be moved to any of the other available spots on the shield to best fit your setup).
