I had a decent experience using the first version of the Bird of Prey. It did unfortunately broke and when I reached out to Kyle for replacement parts, he offered to cover the shipping if I purchased the new v2 and another offer of sending out a replacement for my broken v1 for the cost of shipping. I was impressed and took both offers. These pannier hooks are an amazing product that I’ve come to rely on them for my commute. I genuinely felt a bit of panic when the origanl one had broke. The simplicity, price, and convenience of these hooks cannot be beaten.
